This page adapts the store’s existing terms for the Cloudflare POC and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed before use as a production legal agreement.
1. Products
Cloud Certification Store offers digital educational materials, primarily PDF eBooks, for independent certification preparation. Selected products may include additional formats or bonuses described on the relevant product page.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices, currencies, discounts, taxes, and accepted payment methods are displayed on the original storefront at checkout. Payments are processed by the e-commerce platform and its payment providers. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Digital delivery
After a successful purchase, access is normally provided through the confirmation page and a receipt or download email. Save the files promptly. Delivery timing may depend on the payment provider, email service, or fraud review.
4. Download access
Download limits and link-expiration periods may apply. The limits displayed by the original storefront or in the order email govern the purchase. Contact support if a valid purchaser needs a link resent.
5. Refunds and exam-support guarantee
Digital sales are generally final because access is provided immediately and digital files cannot be returned. Review the Refund Policy and available preview before purchasing. Any separate exam-support guarantee is governed by its own published eligibility conditions and does not automatically create a cash-refund right.
6. Single-user license
A purchase grants one named purchaser a personal, non-transferable license for individual study. Unless written permission is obtained, you may not share, resell, reproduce, redistribute, upload, publish, or use the materials commercially. Files may include purchase identifiers, license keys, product keys, or purchaser stamping.
7. Intellectual property
Cloud Certification Store retains copyright in its original books, questions, explanations, layouts, and related content. Certification-provider trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and educational reference.
8. Independent educational content
The products are unofficial and unaffiliated. They do not contain real, leaked, recalled, confidential, proprietary, or guaranteed exam questions. Content is developed from public documentation, public exam guides, technical research, industry knowledge, and generative-AI assistance with human review.
9. Accuracy and exam outcomes
Technology services and certification objectives change. Learners must verify information against official documentation. Cloud Certification Store does not guarantee that every statement remains current or that a purchaser will pass an exam.
10. Technical requirements and support
You are responsible for using a compatible device and PDF reader. For download problems, contact support with the order number, purchase email, product name, and a description of the issue.
11. Changes and governing law
Terms may be updated when products, platforms, or legal requirements change. Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, the store’s terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
